Open research
Taipa Lab is a material practice in Park Royal, west London. The work is early and ongoing. We dig clay from London building sites and test what local waste can become. You can read the Park Royal clay firing results and the worked Ceramic Loop, watch the working notes as they go up, and see what the research has made. Everything is published in the open, so others can repeat it and build on it. You can also support the work.
